   • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with video proof.

   • Worn, washed, or used products are not eligible for return.

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

   • We ensure accurate product details, but slight variations in color/design may occur due to lighting and screens.

•  Do not tumble dry

•  Warm iron on reverse side only

• Do not dry clean

•  Do not iron on print or embroidery
